We know getting started can feel intimidating if you have never done CrossFit.

We offer three different ways to come out and get started.

No SWEAT INTRO

Book your one on one consultation with one of our Coaches today.


The sessions will take 20-30 minutes and we will be going over the following:

- Your goals.

- Baseline assessment (optional).

- How a CrossFit class runs.

- Facility tour.

- How best to get you started in classes.

Then, of course, any questions you may have.

BEGINNER CLASS

Our beginners class happens on Fridays at 6:30 PM.

In this session we run you through a CrossFit class from start to finish.

This includes a general warm up, skill session, workout and cool down. 

Come on out and let Coaches Stephanie and Jacqui lead you through a fantastic class.
