Far more than a group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting.

Workouts are different every day; intense; but altered for each participant’s level.

Unsure about what all this means, no worries! That is why we have coaches at each class to guide you though the class and insure participants are being challenged and safe.
